Production.

Advantage ofSteel Tubular Fencing:

We use the Akzo Nobel to powder coating the steel tubular fencing panels and post. It is stain black.

It will not leave out the powder and insure the zinc coating will not rust.

Our QC will check the quality when powder coating.We will remove the unqualified product.

The steel tubular fencing panels will be packed with one fence panel into one plastic bag, then stacked on the steel pallet with a carton on the base to avoid scratching during transport and carton board outside.

The stacking on the pallet will alternate spear top to base of the panel. The Spear tops should always be recessed at least 40mm within the base on the previous panel underneath. This will assist to prevent any spears from bending during shipping and handling.

Each steel tubular fencing post is to be fitted with a cap and wrapped in plastic for protection. Then stacking on steel pallets.

Brackets and fasteners:The brackets will put in small cartons. The fasteners will put in small plastic bags and then in small cartons.
